I’m a child and youth therapist and educator with a passion for creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neurodiversity-affirming approaches. I believe in meeting clients where they are (emotionally, developmentally, and socially) and walking alongside them as they grow. With a Graduate Diploma in Special Education, a BC Teacher Certificate, and over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked across clinical, educational, and community-based settings. While much of my work focuses on children, youth, and families, I also support adults navigating parenting, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship shifts. Whether working with individuals, families, or school teams, my goal is to build connections, foster resilience, and honour each person’s unique strengths.

Areas of specialization: Child & youth mental health, neurodivergence (ADHD, autism), play therapy, parenting support, parent and school collaboration emotional regulation and behavioural support, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and social-emotional learning.

Certifications: BC Teacher Certificate, Graduate Diploma in Special Education, play therapy trained, attachment-based developmental approaches.
